Hola,
The first book I bought from the Guild was Long's. It felt like the book I needed at that time. I would go through episodes of solitude to utter extravagance with friends, and I felt like it was something decided from the stars, something I had no choice in. Then I started dabbling with psychedelics and the experiences I had during those states of mind produced an after glow. I felt good, confident, and I attracted lots of people into my life, friends I still hold dear to today. And seeing this book reaffirmed the thought that there was some social magic at work throughout society. That there was no need to go between extremes, that there was a balance and a learned skill at work behind gaining influence and acquiring friends.
Once I got the book and activated it, I noticed an immediate effect. The sigils reminded me of hallucinations on various psychedelics. And I felt a light pulse around my temples every time I glanced at them. More and more people approached me, or complimented me. It was funny and made me giggle often. Those states would change, depending on what stress I had in my life. When I felt healthy, and well rested, manifesting good friends and attracting pretty gals was far easier than trying to after a a series of debauched parties and late nights.
Something else I noticed with the book is that there are waves of power. A couple of days may go by and it seems like nothing is at work, but it totally is. It's building up to the point needed most. There are times where I go to the bar or a concert, after a seeming dry spell, and suddenly I start talking to someone and that snowballs into meeting various other people, and a couple of future lovers, and the stuff that comes out of my mouth even impresses me. A wit switch flips and I'm making people laugh and gaining new contacts. It's like the social situation itself brings out latent power, stimulated by the sigils and techniques of the book.
Again, those experiences remind me a lot of an psychedelic after glow, or when you're plateauing on MDA/MDMA.
But it's really cool to see these aspects of myself without substances. It is more work, but it seems like the effect last longer.
When using this book, I do recommend placing bottles of water on it, to drink later. For me, it's more effective when done sporadically.
I perform the methods in the book at least 3 times a day, for short periods of time. I glance at the sigils at least 5-9 times a day. But then I do take the liberty of taking some days off. I was very consistent with my practices for the first six months, then realized the power of taking a day or days off and forgetting about it.
Another tip I'd like to share is that performing daily saunas while performing the methods in this book will increase the power. There's something to sweating.
And use the oils!!! Before Kat goes to retirement!!!
Mucho mucho love
please share thine take
