Telepathy is such an interesting ability. Do you have any techniques that one can do without any equipment but your own body and soul?
I have found that sitting still in an alpha state of mind and simply listening to all the sounds that are, and try to listen to the smallest things, that you will develop your clear hearing. This has to go hand in hand with telepathy as you need to listen to subtle things that can become louder.
Sometimes I hear things that I don't want to hear, I feel paranoid and can be afraid, so a protection should be developed as well. Especially for the instances when you don't want your message to be delivered. If this happens I try to visualize a brick wall around me that nothing can get through.
Techniques that are easy to all these would be appreciated.
